Social distancing and hand hygiene are helping to reduce the spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus, but combating the physical effects of the contagion is also taking a toll on our wellbeing and ability to cope. Health care and essential workers are being stretched to capacity, stay-at-home orders are adding to personal stress and economic hardships, and maintaining normalcy in daily routines is nearly impossible. As a result, everyone is feeling a relative impact of loss and grief from COVID-19.
Join the York County Economic Alliance for a webinar presented by Michael Diller, PsyD, a Licensed Psychologist and Director of WellSpan’s Employee Assistance Program, on maintaining a healthy mindset and mental wellness during the pandemic. Dr. Diller will discuss how to recognize the psychological effects of living in a COVID-19 environment, and talk about how to build our own resilience to continue moving forward despite living in uncertain times. The webinar will include a question and answer session for attendees.
