Three key topics that could be the difference between just surviving or thriving after this crisis.
Leadership- The current COVID-19 pandemic has raised crisis management to a whole new level given its global reach, public health and economic impact.
Communications- We will focus on helping companies navigate ongoing “crisis” communications and helping companies prepare for what might be coming.
Planning- We will present some key Continuity actions that should be implemented now including a framework for post-crisis/emergence planning.
