Focus: With remote work becoming the new norm in light of COVID-19, cybersecurity has become more important than ever for businesses. What should you do if your business has a cyber breach? This webinar will cover what a business can expect in the aftermath of a cybersecurity attack and how to properly react in those crucial, first 24 hours. The goal of this webinar is to help businesses be prepared and know what action items to take when a cyber incident occurs. This is especially prevalent as October is Cyber Security Awareness Month. Attorney Don Geiter will discuss what initial steps a business needs to take from a legal standpoint. Cybersecurity educator Joe Brunsman will shed light on how a business should reach out to their insurance team and what they can expect, which is part of the critical “Day 1” response plan.
You will need an internet connection, access to a computer, and audio capability via computer or phone in order to participate in this webinar. You will receive log-in instructions in your EventBrite confirmation email. If you do not receive log-in instructions or if you have any questions, please reach out to Jennifer Mowen at jmowen@barley.com or 717-553-1066.
