The recently enacted state budget includes $2.6 billion in federal stimulus funds through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES). Within this allocation, the Department of Community and Economic Development has been allocated $225 million for COVID-19 relief to small businesses through a distribution to Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs). Applications for this program will open on June 30.

Join Dan Betancourt, president and CEO of Community First Fund, and Silas Chamberlin, Vice President of Economic and Community Development with the York County Economic Alliance, to learn more about the program and how to apply. Community First Fund is one of the 17-member CDFIs that make up the PA CDFI Network currently working with the PA Department of Economic and Community Development in support of program implementation.
