The York County Bar Foundation in partnership with MidPenn Legal Services, presents a special Legal Lines program moderated by Glenn Smith, Esq., on The Impact of COVID 19 on Landlord/Tenant issues.
In response to COVID 19; a judicial emergency has been declared and with it, a moratorium on evictions has been put in place. These measures have caused many questions regarding housing. The presentation will address changes in landlord/tenant law and the court processes to address landlord/tenant issues in York County.
York County Bar Association member and Attorney Kurt Blake and MidPenn Legal Services Attorney Matt Rich will provide the legal perspective with relevant guidance for housing providers, landlords, tenants, service providers and members of the public.
