Join us for our May Economics Club Virtual Event to discuss the Economics of Recovery in Pennsylvania. The York County Economic Alliance is excited to welcome Rich Overmoyer, President of the economic consulting firm Fourth Economy; and Ryan Unger, President of Team Pennsylvania, a public-private partnership that initiates and supports innovative programs to improve Pennsylvania’s competitiveness and economic prosperity; to talk about COVID-19 recovery and the economic impact from the pandemic. Fourth Economy will also share updated data from the recently-commissioned, York County-specific economic modeling. Kevin Schreiber and Silas Chamberlin of the York County Economic Alliance will detail our county’s approach to economic recovery.

Rich Overmoyer founded Fourth Economy in 2010 to help clients translate complex ideas and data into solutions for their communities. Prior to that, Rich served as Deputy Secretary for the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.

Ryan Unger joined Team Pennsylvania in 2011 and has transitioned from his role in policy to Vice President & COO, and eventually President & CEO. Through his various roles at Team PA, Ryan has been integral in a variety of statewide workforce and economic development initiatives that have been recognized nationally as best practices.

Following the program will be a Q&A session open to attendees.
