From customers refusing to wear masks or social distance, to family members and co-workers voicing strong opinions on recovery, conversations can quickly heat up and turn into a confrontation. Join Sergeant Timothy Dehoff from the Fairview Township Police Department to learn some tips and techniques to de-escalate a tense situation and prevent it from becoming worse.
